When Scheduling:

Our e-waste pickup is often a free or a low cost service provided for Oklahoma Commercial companies, organizations and residents depending on quantities and location. Upon completing a quick and easy site survey over the phone or online, one of our associates will determine how much electronic e-waste a company or resident has; and if and how much a fee will be before scheduling your appointment for pick up.

We do request a minimum of and combination of about 20 Qualifying (laptops, servers, desktops, battery backups, medium to large routers and switches) machines or computers to qualify for a free pickup. Otherwise, we may have to charge a small fee to cover the cost of gas and labor starting at $65 locally in the Oklahoma City area; and up further out.

Also, please help us to help you by having your surplus electronics ready for pick up near a door, or a loading door or dock with easy access for our trucks and trailers. If you need us to climb flight(s) of stairs, we are happy to do so but please be prepared to pay a moving/packing fee determined on a case by case basis and payable at time of service via cash, credit card or PayPal.

• Parts; anything having to do with electronics or computers

• anything mostly made of metals

• hard drives, opticals, cards, boards

• Telecom, phone systems, cell phones

• All office electronics

For downtown Oklahoma City or other large cities:

Please keep in mind that we may need to bring a large truck or a truck and trailer to pick up for you. It can be very difficult, even dangerous for our drivers to maneuver large sized trucks and trailers through small spaces and/or tight turn around situations.

Please consider whether or not there is adequate parking at your facility for a pick up. Please be ready to tell us where we can easily park free of charge or with validated parking near the exit where the equipment is located when scheduling a pick up for downtown in large(r) cities. Also, please try to schedule on days when there are no other large public activities being held nearby. We do realize you can not know about all events near you.
